This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Variance InfoTech Pvt Ltd and Variance Technologies Pty Ltd (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the rights and choices available to you with respect to your personal information when you use the ScreenPilot website and cloud-based digital signage software platform (the “Services”).

We collect, use, and are responsible for certain personal data about you (data for which we are the “data controller”, meaning we decide how and for what purposes the data is used). This includes personal data we obtain when you visit our website, contact us, register for an account, or subscribe to ScreenPilot. Where applicable, we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, Australia’s Privacy Act, and other applicable data protection laws.

This Privacy Policy does not relate to content that you upload, schedule, or display through ScreenPilot (such as images, videos, playlists, or templates), for which we generally act as a “data processor” and your organisation is the “data controller”. Your use of customer content is governed by your agreement with us and your own privacy obligations to your audience.
